During the warm days of December 2025, Cheesecake was returned to the yard where she had originally been rescued from. She is now sterilized and vaccinated, which will make her life — even on the street — safer and easier. We regularly visit her at the release site, and she is doing quite well. She has gained weight and looks healthy and strong.
Cheesecake had a very difficult time adjusting to life in foster care. She constantly hid behind cabinets and rarely interacted with people. But once back outside, she became affectionate and social again. Cats like her often need much more time, stability, and safety to fully adapt to indoor life. Unfortunately, we cannot always provide that opportunity for every animal.
As a healthy young cat without serious dental problems, Cheesecake was released after 10 days of post-surgery recovery into a place where local residents regularly feed and look after stray cats.

@kotoprovod_am Her name is Cheesecake, and she’s a stray cat. She’s currently at a clinic, waiting for spaying and vaccinations. She has about 10 days to find a home—if we don’t find her one within that time, she’ll be returned to the courtyard where she was rescued. Fall in love! 💛 #kotoprovod #cat #catsoftiktok #adoptacat ♬ original sound - Kotoprovod
