Rehomed

In July 2024, Jam flew to his family! We are so happy for this ginger boy.

Here is his story. During the coldest days of February, someone abandoned a tiny kitten at the feeding spot for street cats in our volunteer’s yard. The kitten was terrified of everything. For many days he bolted away from people, and we could not even get a proper look at him.

Another street cat from the yard, Zaikin, took him under his wing. Zaikin also found a home later! His name is Petrushka now, and he regularly sends us his photos. Jam and Zaikin stayed together; Zaikin showed him that the people in their yard were not dangerous, and little by little Jam started to trust us.

As soon as we had the opportunity, we took Jam into foster care. He turned out to be an absolutely charming homebody: moderately mischievous and very affectionate. Soon, a home was found for him too. Jam flew from Armenia to become a little brother to another cat.
