Lavash 🌮

After almost a year of waiting, Lavash finally found his home in April 2026! This energetic, mischievous, and independent boy constantly created meme-worthy situations while living in foster care. Now he continues doing exactly the same thing — just in his own home. And we regularly receive photo reports of his adventures (and honestly, we are constantly both embarrassed and laughing)

And here is his story.

One day, teenage kittens suddenly appeared in a yard, abandoned by their mother. One of them was injured (this is the story of our Jarmush — you can read it on his page), while the other looked unhealthy. We assumed they were both girls, which meant the plan was simple: treat them, sterilize them, and release them back outside.

We first caught the “unhealthy” girl. But at the clinic, three surprising things became clear: first — this was actually a boy (ta-da!); second — he was completely healthy (ta-da-da-da!); and third — he was so talented at pretending to be a miserable little pastry that he immediately charmed one of our friends into giving him a “temporary home foster stay until adoption” instead of returning him to the street.

(By the way, if you are in Yerevan, you can also help us by becoming a foster home for one of our animals who is still looking for a family or preparing for their trip home. Write to us on Telegram or by email for details.)

That’s how Lavash appeared in Kotoprovod. And from that moment on, we started jumping every time a new message arrived about what he had done this time. Have you ever seen an apartment evenly covered in sugar? We have.

Charm plus absolute chaos — the perfect formula for a cat who is guaranteed to find a home.

(Spoiler: by now you’ve probably guessed that his “sister” also turned out to be a “brother”?)
